Officially, Weinstein is charged by two women with first and third degree rape and a criminal sexual act.

While one of the woman charging Weinstein has remained anonymous, the other is Lucia Evans, who alleges she refused to perform oral sex on the former producer in 2004 but says he overpowered and forced her.
Since October 2017, dozens of women including prominent actresses Salma Hayek, Gwyneth Paltrow, Mira Sorvino and more have accused Weinstein of varying degrees of sexual assault and misconduct. It was the first of many falls from grace in Hollywood as the #MeToo movement began, spread, and continues to grow.
