Celine Dion dealt with a fan who rushed the stage with maximum compassion
The woman has the patience of a saint.
SEE ALSO:I can't get enough of this weird trend where people make music out of other people talkingA video has gone viral of singer Celine Dion placating a seemingly drunk fan who came on-stage in Vegas on Friday night.
According to the uploader's description of the video, the woman got on stage and talked about her son who'd had a bone marrow transplant and asked everyone there to become a donor.
Rather than have the fan bundled off stage by security, Dion takes some time to talk to the woman, showing compassion and humour -- even when the woman appears to grind against Dion.
Dion says to the fan, "You know what, we got something in common, we got babies that we love." At one point she even tells the security to go away, joking, "get out, get out!" But she eventually talks the woman into being escorted off the stage, asking, "You promise me you'll be careful?"
"You know what, some people go through a lot," Dion said to the crowd after the woman left the stage. "And some people need to talk, and I want to say thank you to all of you, because for maybe five minutes we have given this lady a moment to talk."
Many have applauded Dion's handling of the situation.
